Weekend Getaway Package
Weekend Getaways are available every second weekend. Weekend arrival time is 4pm Friday and departure is Sunday 3pm. Includes: All means, accomodation and activities. Activities Include: Bushwalking, yoga, aerobics, water aerobics (Summer only), spa, sauna, plunge facilities.	Extras / Therapies: Swedish Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Facial, Reflexology, Naturpathy & Iridology (available on Wednesdays only) are available at an extra cost of $40 per half hour/$80 per hour. Cost $695 Deposit of $295 Balance of $400 paid on arrival

5 Day Package
The 5 day cleanse and rejuvenation program begins on the Sunday and runs till the following Friday with a 65 hour cleanse, taking in only fruits, fruit and vegetable juices or water, to help release toxins from the body. After the 65 hour cleanse is finished you start on wholefoods for the rest of the stay. All foods are organic when available. Includes: All meals, accomodation and activities. Activities include bushwalking, yoga, nutrition talks, aerobics, water aerobics (Summer only), spa, sauna, plunge facilities. Set amongst 120 acres of undulating hills, with sweeping views to the south and to the west. A Country Health Retreat is only 50 minutes by car from central Perth to Gidgegannup, and immediately invites you to meditate on the beauty of the bush and wildflowers. A balm indeed for the stressed-out city dweller, and greatly desirable for a health retreat.

A large comfortable two storey cottage accommodates our guests (a maximum of eight guests), with 10 hectares of gardens and natural bush lands for recreation.

Tastefully decorated, the cottage has a comfortable and tranquil ambience. Views from the lounge room and verandah overlook extensive bushland to the South with a distant ridge of gum trees on the horizon. Basic kitchen amenities are available but primarily cater for a range of herbal teas only. Otherwise all refreshments are taken at the reception dining area.

Recreational facilities available during your stay include; swimming pool, tennis court, spa, sauna and plunge pool, also indoor and outdoor dining, bush walking tracks, lake and island for swimming, meditation and relaxation.
